The Listeners

Step into the world of conspiracy and mystery in The Listeners, a gripping experience that will have you questioning everything around you. The game is based on the unsettling idea that our devices, specifically microphones, are constantly listening in on our every word—spying on us for the government and FBI.

In The Listeners, you take on the role of an individual trying to uncover the truth. You’ll use a laptop, with a realistic operating system interface, to hack into systems, gather crucial evidence, and solve the mystery surrounding these covert surveillance activities. Your mission is to gather irrefutable proof and expose the truth to the world.

I got some feedback with some bugs I found:

  • A bug makes typing annoying. pressing a key to type something has a chance of it being registered multiple times.
  • Opening a website in FireCat doesn't let you go back to see the other website.
  • A bug. clicking through windows and dragging other things behind the window I want to move is annoying.
  • a bug (I think): the services app does not fill up. (I think this is stopping me from advancing in the game, I don't see any services and therefore don't know what to use /getroot with)

Thanks for identifying bugs, we will definetely fix in the final version also the service app doesnt fill up in the starting cause the game hasnt been progressed yet it shows up after some progress, consider it a door glitch :))

I got stuck. couldn't figure out how to use /getroot.

animations for each hand pressing on keys was pretty cool.
